»I welcome this initiative of lawyers enthusiastically. It should be copied and adopted by the entire advocacy and beyond. Our country urgently needs the dedication of its people against the erosion of our basic rights.« Dr. Gerhart Baum (Bundesminister des Inneren a.D.)

Initially, we call nationwide on all lawyers, and all members of the judicial system ( judges, notaries, legal advisors, professors) to join our online demands stated in “The Hamburg Declaration against Mass Surveillance”. In addition we urge all citizens to publicly participate by signing this declaration. The impending danger of losing our basic rights is a concern to all of us citizens. ( Concerned citizens please mark the field »other profession«) .

Be aware: »Silence gives consent!«.
